HK a family shelter, manages 155 units of safe and affordable housing, and offers a variety of basic needs and supportive services. The organization is committed to helping low-income individuals achieve stability and self-sufficiency through its programs. Additionally, HK runs street outreach initiatives for the unsheltered homeless and leads Operation Holiday, the region's largest holiday assistance program, providing critical support during the winter months.HumanKind Ministries is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Development Director to lead and grow our fundraising efforts. This is an on-site senior leadership role partners closely with the President/CEO, Board of Directors, and Development Committee to expand donor engagement, strengthen retention, and diversify revenue streams.The Director will oversee all development initiatives, including major gifts, annual fund, grants, special events, and volunteer engagement.
