Guidex Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team in Bellflower, CA. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting talent with opportunity and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, interview, and place candidates to meet client staffing needs and performance goalsCreate, post, and manage job ads and engaging content across job boards and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)Develop and share content that promotes open roles, employer branding, workplace culture, and service offerings to engage both candidates and customersSupport recruitment marketing campaigns, hiring events, and digital outreach initiativesUse social media, text, phone, and email outreach to attract, engage, and nurture talent pipelinesConduct high-quality interviews and effectively promote job opportunities to candidatesPartner with hiring managers and internal teams to align recruiting efforts with business and client needsEnsure timely onboarding, orientation, and compliance requirementsBuild strong relationships with candidates and clients to support retention and satisfactionMaintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS systemMeet or exceed weekly recruiting and engagement performance goalsQualifications1–3 years of staffing experiencePrevious Marketing experience is a plusProficiency in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Candidate ScreeningStrong skills in Interviewing, Hiring, and Onboarding processesExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologiesStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of recruitment strategies and employment laws and regulationsDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesPast experience in HR or recruitment for small to medium businesses is a plusAbility to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functional environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit and work at a computer for extended periods while reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing ATS systems.Frequent use of a computer, phone, and other office equipment.Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and lift up to 10–15 lbs (office supplies or recruiting materials).Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through virtual platforms.Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourJob Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
