By reimagining what's possible for our students, we believe that every child can reach their full potential, regardless of their circumstance or zip code.Key Responsibilities:Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territoriesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in school districts and educational institutions including Superintendents, Curriculum Directors, Department Heads, teachers, and other champions within school districtsConduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to meet each client's unique needsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of our ProgramsAchieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterlyMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in SalesforceStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunitiesParticipate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activitiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or SaaS industryProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Salesforce or other CRM softwareCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structure.
