Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in West Long Branch, NJ, for a Service Manager at Shoreline Harley-Davidson. The Service Manager will oversee daily service department operations, ensuring efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling service appointments, managing and mentoring service team members, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Service Manager will also work closely with other departments to enhance customer experiences and optimize service offerings. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and supervising staffProficiency in customer service, with an ability to build positive relationships and address customer concerns effectivelyOrganizational and time-management skills for coordinating service schedules and maintaining timely operationsTechnical knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and repair is highly preferredProficiency in using service management software and managing accurate recordsAbility to work collaboratively with multiple departments to meet organizational objectivesExceptional communication skills for engaging with both staff and customersPrior experience in the automotive or motorcycle service industry is a plus
