The role involves overseeing modular construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable, and efficient buildings. Key Responsibilities The Project Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including: Project Planning and Coordination: Developing project plans, budgets, and timelines, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Site and Quality Management: Overseeing on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and high quality standards. Budget and Risk Management: Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying and mitigating potential project risks. Client Communication and Team Leadership: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, and leading and motivating the project team.
