Role Description We are seeking a full-time Teller to join our team at the Brewster, NY branch of PCSB Bank. As a Teller, you will be responsible for assisting customers with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while maintaining a high level of customer service. Additional responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, ensuring compliance with banking policies, and addressing customer inquiries. This is an on-site role requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting. Qualifications Experience with cash handling and basic banking transactionsStrong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityBasic computer skills and familiarity with banking software solutionsOrganizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily responsibilities efficientlyHigh school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in banking or a related field is a plus
