HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated 3DExperience Architect to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.Job Title: 3DExperience ArchitectJob ID: 68964Position Type: FulltimeLocation: Dearborn, MIKey ResponsibilitiesPLM Architecture & ConfigurationArchitect, configure, and customize ENOVIA 3DExperience PLM solutions to support enterprise-level product lifecycle management requirements.Perform data modeling, attribute creation, schema modifications, and configuration of ENOVIA business objects.Evaluate and optimize PLM system performance, scalability, and integration readiness.Technical DevelopmentDevelop and maintain PLM customizations using MQL, TCL, JPO, XML, and SQLCreate integrations with CAD tools such as Creo and SOLIDWORKSDesign and implement SOA services, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services for seamless integration with CAD, ERP, MES, and legacy enterprise systems.Process Enablement & Engineering SupportSupport engineering and manufacturing teams by mapping and configuring PLM solutions aligned with:Engineering processesBOM (Bill of Materials) ManagementChange Management (ECR/ECN workflows)Manufacturing process planningConfiguration and variant managementMigration & Data TransformationLead and execute PLM data migration activities from legacy systems to 3DEXPERIENCE using:3DEXPERIENCE Transition AssistantEDAT (Engineering Data Assessment Tool)DBDI (Database Data Import)XPDMXML frameworkEnsure data integrity, validation, reconciliation, and smooth transition into production environments.Collaboration & DocumentationWork closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Program Management.Create detailed technical specifications, design documents, test plans, and user guides.Provide training, troubleshooting, and technical support to internal teams and stakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong expertise in ENOVIA 3D Architecture and 3DEXPERIENCE PLM configuration.Experience with MQL, TCL, JPO, XML, SQL, and familiarity with CAD tools (Creo, SOLIDWORKSSolid understanding of SOA architecture, system interfaces, and enterprise application integration.Deep knowledge of Engineering + Manufacturing processes, including BOM, revisions, configurations, and workflows.Proven experience with data migration tools and PLM data transformation mechanisms.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Pay and BenefitsPay Range Minimum: $114000 per yearPay Range Maximum: $175000 per yearHCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
