Office Assistant We are partnering with a growing construction company in Phoenix seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative team. The schedule is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and the hourly rate is between $22/hr-$24/hr.Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the office and project teamsAnswer and direct incoming calls and emailsMaintain organized filing systems (both digital and paper)Assist with data entry, document preparation, and reportingSupport scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logisticsProcess invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic accounting tasksCoordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departmentsHelp ensure office operations run smoothly day-to-dayQualifications: 1+ year of administrative or office support experience (construction industry a plus)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a busy environmentReliable, professional, and team-oriented
