Compensation You Can Count On We offer a transparent, competitive, and motivating pay structure: Total expected earnings: $15$20+/hour on average Base pay: $12/hour Commission: Uncapped commission, with typical earnings adding an extra $3$8/hour Bilingual Spanish pay differential available If you love helping people and are driven by results, the earning potential is limitless.
