The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesDeliver patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with standards of care and hospital policies. Assist with procedures such as LHC, R/LHC, stent placement, and pacemaker implants. Monitor patients for signs of complications and initiate interventions as necessary. Utilize Philips cath lab and Meditech EMR to document patient care and progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications and adherence to safety protocols.QualificationsActive RN license in the state of Tennessee or compact state licensure. ACLS and BLS certifications required. Previous experience in a cath lab setting essential. Proficiency in moderate sedation techniques. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
