Job Title: Junior Engineer Location: New Hampshire | OnsitePosition Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support spare parts data collection, cataloging, and database management initiatives within a technical operations environment. This role will work closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to identify, verify, and organize spare parts information from multiple sources, including technical documentation, vendor records, and field systems.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret engineering documents, and a hands-on approach to ensuring data accuracy and completeness across asset management platforms.Key Responsibilities:Collect, review, and compile spare parts information from technical data sheets, vendor manuals, turnover packages, and system recordsOrganize and catalog spare parts data into structured databases or asset management systemsInterpret and analyze P&ID drawings to identify equipment components and associated spare parts requirementsPerform field walkdowns to validate equipment details, confirm spare parts information, and ensure documentation accuracyReview vendor turnover documentation to extract and record relevant spare parts dataMaintain high standards of data integrity, consistency, and completeness across systemsCollaborate with engineering, maintenance, procurement, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data qualitySupport continuous improvement initiatives related to spare parts tracking and inventory managementRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline preferred)1–3 years of relevant engineering, technical documentation, or asset data experienceAbility to read and interpret technical data sheets, engineering drawings, and P&ID diagramsStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailComfortable working in both office and field environmentsEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with CMMS, ERP, or asset management systemsExposure to industrial manufacturing, utilities, or life sciences environmentsFamiliarity with equipment documentation, vendor packages, and spare parts databasesUnderstanding of maintenance workflows and inventory management processes
