Dining Room Server Bridgewater: A Legacy Retirement Community is hiring full- and part-time Dining Room Servers to join our senior living community! If you're friendly, dependable, and looking for flexible scheduling, we'd love to meet you! Pay & Benefits $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience Full-time benefits (30+ hours/week) include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and vacation What You'll Do Greeting residents warmly and providing friendly, attentive service Taking food orders accurately and ensuring meals are delivered correctly Engaging with residents and building meaningful connections Keeping the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming Working closely with the kitchen and dining team members This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, teamwork, and making a difference in others' lives. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Reliable transportation Patient, responsible, and caring with seniors Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available to work weekends and holidays No prior food service experience required - we're happy to train the right person!
