This role requires precision, patience, and a passion for high-end vehicles. The ideal candidate has experience installing paint protection film and is committed to producing flawless results. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall paint protection film (PPF) on a variety of vehicles (full wraps, partials, custom installs)Perform surface prep including washing, decontamination, and paint correction (as needed)Use plotters/software (e.g., Core, Film templates) for precise installationsEnsure clean, bubble-free, and contamination-free installsTrim and tuck film edges with precisionMaintain a clean and organized workspaceConduct final quality inspections before vehicle deliveryCommunicate effectively with team members and management Qualifications1–3+ years of PPF installation experience preferredExperience with major PPF brands (e.g., XPEL, SunTek, Kavaca, etc.)Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with plotters and cutting software is a plusValid driver's license and clean driving recordPreferred SkillsExperience with ceramic coatings and/or window tintingPaint correction and detailing experienceAbility to perform bulk installs (hand cutting)Knowledge of different film types and installation techniques Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay (hourly + commission-based, based on experience)Performance bonusesOpportunities for advancementOngoing training and certification opportunitiesWork in a high-end, climate-controlled shop What We're Looking ForSomeone who takes pride in their work and treats every vehicle like their ownA team player with a strong work ethicPassion for cars and automotive aestheticsDesire to grow with a fast-moving, premium brandHow to ApplySubmit your resume and, if available, photos of your work to:mail@atomicdetailing.comCompany DescriptionAtomic Auto Salon has quickly become a well respected company in the area.
