School Receptionist/ Data Entry Clerk

Duties: - Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in the company's database - Collect and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Transcribe data from physical documents or digital files into electronic format - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient data management and organization - Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information Skills: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks - Proficient in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel - Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment - Basic math skills for performing calculations and verifying data accuracy - Ability to create pivot tables and perform basic data analysis - Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members Note: Prior experience in order entry or working with files is a plus.
