We partner with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations to expand access to care and improve patient outcomes through innovative and reliable telehealth solutions.We are currently seeking a Business Development and Operations Associate to join our in-person team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and interested in the business side of healthcare. The Associate will support both client growth efforts and the day-to-day operations of our clinical services.Key Responsibilities:Business Development Support:Assist in researching and identifying new business opportunities and healthcare partnersHelp prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for prospective clientsMaintain CRM data and support client outreach and follow-up communicationsCoordinate meetings and support the business development pipeline with timely updatesOperations Support:Assist in onboarding new clients and providers, ensuring documentation and schedules are in placeMonitor provider coverage schedules and support coordination across departmentsTrack service delivery metrics and prepare internal reportsSupport credentialing, contracting, and general administrative needsHelp refine internal workflows to ensure efficient service executionQualifications:Master's degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, or related field)Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare, operations and business developmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalTech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and project toolsTeam player with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityCompany DescriptionTelemedicine Company with a footprint in all 50 states.
