The successful candidate will need a recognized degree in engineering or scientific discipline and at least ten years of experience, including two in leadership roles. Responsibilities include overseeing Superintendents, investigating incidents, and managing project scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to obtain DOE Q Clearance.
