Job DescriptionOverview:Provide Quality Care and Leadership in Washington Wine Country!Responsibilities:Serve as Medical Director for the Yakima NICU. This role comes with a $35,000 annual leadership stipend and provides the chance to guide a vital regional program serving rural families across South Central Washington. Eligible for discretionary practice physician bonus.Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible.
