Test Automation LeadLocation: Seattle, WALong term contractW2 candidate can applyExperience Required : 10+ YearsResponsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust UI automation frameworks using Playwright for React web applicationsWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient test code that integrates seamlessly with CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate with software engineers to understand system architecture and identify potential quality risks early in the development cycleCreate and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testingIdentify, document, and track software defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolutionDevelop tools and utilities to improve testing efficiency and expand test coverageParticipate in code reviews for both production code and test codeMonitor test results, analyze failures, and provide detailed reports on software quality metricsContribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and best practicesStrong programming skills in at least one language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar toolsSolid understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testingExperience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similarProficiency with version control systems, particularly GitExperience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI or GitHub ActionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailKnowledge of security testing principles and toolsFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudKnowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like KubernetesExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
