This worker would help manage the email and medical record requests, along with scheduling for the behavior service. In addition this position will process emails, process referrals, make reminder calls, scan/attach paperwork, call clinics for new patient records, and fax prescriptions.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position
Experience in an Animal Hospital setting
Skills using office equipment such as Microsoft Office, Copiers, Scanners, Email, and Phones
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Customer service/phone etiquette
Proficient in basic productivity software such as Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook (email)
Utilize medical record database
Physical Demands
Sitting for extended period of time
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds of paper boxes for storage
Able to tolerate animal noises and smells
