Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical and Aesthetic Technology Assistant based in New York, NY. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support to ensure smooth operation of aesthetic and medical devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and analyzing system performance. The assistant will also play a key role in managing technology-related communication between teams and clients, ensuring all technical needs are addressed promptly and effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Information TechnologyStrong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess and optimize system performanceExcellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clientsAbility to work on-site full time in New York, NYStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in a related field is preferredExperience in medical or aesthetic technology is advantageous
