The role involves generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, assessing their insurance requirements, and working with underwriters to deliver competitive and comprehensive insurance solutions. The Commercial Insurance Producer also ensures client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor for all client concerns.QualificationsProven experience in commercial insurance sales, client relationship management, and prospectingKnowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations, with the ability to assess risk and develop appropriate solutionsStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and underwritersProficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a hybrid work environmentLicensure in insurance sales is required (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plusFamiliarity with commercial markets in Florida is advantageous
