You should have prior experience as an HVAC Installer, hold an EPA certification, and be a team player who is also comfortable working independently. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high-quality work are essential. Responsibilities: * Install residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. * Work independently or lead a crew to complete installation projects with the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency. * Communicate effectively with customers during the installation process to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members and mentor junior installers to promote a positive and productive work environment. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of installation tasks, including timecards, feedback forms, and option sheets. * Follow safety guidelines and ensure all installations are completed to code. Schedule: * Monday to Saturday * No on-call shifts - work-life balance is a priority. * Overtime available Qualifications: * 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC installer (required). * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. * EPA Certification (preferred). * NATE Certification (preferred). * Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications. * Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
