The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects. Daily tasks include performing take-offs, managing budgets, communicating with clients and vendors, evaluating project specifications, attending on-site customer meetings, and collaborating with the project team to ensure cost efficiency and project feasibility.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Estimating and Take-offsExperience in Cost Management and BudgetingStrong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholdersAttention to detail and ability to assess project specifications accuratelyFamiliarity with construction software tools is a plusAbility to work on-site and adapt to project environmentsRelevant experience in residential construction projects is advantageous
