If you have IT project management experience and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple initiatives including a modernization project, legacy system migrations, and technology upgrades. This position will be Full-Time and Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote, with flexibility for the right candidate).Only candidates not requiring sponsorship for employment visa status will be considered for this position. Candidates who are a reasonable commuting distance to Trenton, NJ please.What You’ll DoServe as the Project Manager for multiple initiatives, including OSCF modernization, legacy system migrations, and courtroom technology upgradesCoordinate project requirements, scope, schedule, deliverables, testing activities, and stakeholder communicationsManage project timelines, resource allocation, issue resolution, risk tracking, and task completionAct as the primary point of contact for internal and external project team members, including vendors, technical staff, and business stakeholdersOversee coordination across multiple technical teams, business units, State agencies, and external vendors to ensure project objectives, milestones, and deliverables remain on trackRequiredWhat You'll NeedMinimum 5-7 years of IT project management experience7 years demonstrated experience managing complex application development, infrastructure, migration, or system modernization projects with budgets exceeding $1 million7 years proven track record coordinating projects across multiple organizations, agencies, divisions, or vendor relationships7 years experience managing projects involving software development, system migrations, testing, implementation, and business process modernization7 years experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and competing prioritiesProficiency in project management and collaboration software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, GitHub Projects, or similar tools)7 years knowledge of software development lifecycles, including Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies7 years understanding of application development, infrastructure upgrades, system integration, testing coordination, and implementation activities7 years experience with change management processes, issue tracking, and project documentation management7 years familiarity with budget tracking and project reporting processesStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilitiesProven ability to manage project scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, and quality simultaneouslyExperience with risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolutionStrong meeting facilitation, coordination, and team leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical and business teamsAbility to drive accountability and maintain project momentum across multiple stakeholdersAbility to work effectively within a matrix organization structureStrong attention to detail and documentation management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing project needsExperience facilitating status meetings, working sessions, and lessons-learned discussionsPreferredGovernment or public sector project experience.Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person.Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings.Reasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.$65.00 - $68.00 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above.
