Director Blended Case Management (BCM) ProgramWe are seeking a Director to join our Team!Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as the Director of the Blended Case Management (BCM) Program. NDTC is a leading provider of behavioral health services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families in our community.The Director will ensure that the BCM program operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as managed care organization (MCO) contracts. This role is responsible for overseeing program performance, supporting supervisory staff, and maintaining fidelity to the Blended Case Management model.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram ComplianceEnsure adherence to all regulatory and contractual requirementsConduct scheduled chart audits and quality assurance reviewsCollaborate with BCM Regional Supervisors and executive leadership (CFO/COO) to address compliance issuesProgram Budgeting & Financial OversightMonitor and review program budgets for accuracy and sustainabilityAnalyze weekly/monthly productivity, aging reports, transaction reports, and profit/loss statementsCoordinate with billing and administrative teams on contract updates and billing accuracySupervision & StaffingProvide oversight and support to BCM Program SupervisorsEnsure adequate supervision coverage and schedulingLead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and retention of staffOversee staff training, development, and performance in accordance with regulationsProgram DevelopmentPromote program growth and sustainability through community engagementRepresent NDTC at meetings, trainings, and events as directedPrepare and present productivity and performance reportsQualificationsCandidates must meet one of the following requirements: A master's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling or education and 3 years mental health direct care experience; or A bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education, or be a registered nurse, and 5 years mental health direct care experience, 2 of which shall include supervisory experience; or A bachelor's degree in nursing and 3 years mental health direct care experience.Compensation & BenefitsThis is a full-time, salaried position offering:Competitive compensationComprehensive healthcare coverageGenerous paid time off and paid holidays401(k) plan with employer matchOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesNulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity.
