Join us in creating a meaningful impact through every cup. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Scheduler role based in El Paso, TX. The Scheduler will be tasked with managing and coordinating schedules, ensuring that employee shifts are appropriately filled and operational needs are met. This role also includes maintaining communication with team members regarding schedule changes, addressing workflow needs, and resolving potential conflicts in a timely manner. The Scheduler collaborates closely with store leads and management to optimize scheduling efficiency while adhering to company policies. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently coordinate schedules and address changesProficient in using scheduling software and tools, with an ability to adapt to new systemsEffective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate and maintain positive working relationshipsProblem-solving abilities to manage schedule conflicts and workflow challengesAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience in customer service or staff coordination is a plusFamiliarity with labor laws and workforce management practices is an advantage
