Job Title: Technology Lead | Infrastructure-Contact Center | IVR Concepts – DevOpsLocation: Charlotte, NC 28217 (Onsite-Hybrid. Will consider candidates willing to relocate to client's location)Pay Range: $40/hr -$45/hr on w2Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.IntroductionWe are seeking an experienced DevOps / CI-CD Engineer with strong software development lifecycle (SDLC) understanding and hands-on expertise in modern deployment, automation, and monitoring frameworks. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in architectural discussions, and ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality application delivery.Required Skills & QualificationsShould be able to work on Artech w25-10 years of experience in software development.Experience in designing, coding, configuring, testing, debugging, and documenting system and application programs.Strong understanding of technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.Proficiency in reviewing functional/technical documents and providing actionable feedback.Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & Qualifications3 years of hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline orchestration.Strong knowledge of Swarm deployment concepts.Hands-on experience with Argo CD and Kubernetes-based deployments.Proficiency in Unix/Linux command-line operations.Experience working with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Datadog.Experience with Avaya Experience Portal (AEP).Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesApply company SDLC practices to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.Assist in preparing technical design specifications aligned with functional requirements and analysis documents.Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.Develop and maintain comprehensive operational and system-level documentation.Company Benefits & CultureComprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
