Grow with us.Garden Gate Skilled Nursing & Rehab is currently seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized monitoring and care for residents with cardiac and high-acuity conditions. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role and help build a strong telemetry-focused care environment within a skilled nursing setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct telemetry monitoring and clinical oversight for assigned residentsInterpret cardiac rhythms, identify changes in patient condition, and initiate appropriate interventionsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and adjust care plansDocument vital signs, telemetry strips, and clinical updates in the medical recordTrain and support LPNs and CNAs on telemetry awareness and clinical observationEnsure compliance with nursing standards, regulatory guidelines, and facility protocolsAssist with onboarding new nursing staff and contribute to clinical developmentQualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) licenseExperience in telemetry, step-down, cardiac care, or high-acuity nursing (Preferred)Strong clinical assessment, EKG interpretation, and critical thinking skillsLong-term care or skilled nursing experience preferredLeadership experience or interest in clinical mentoring and education encouragedWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and visionPaid time off and holiday pay401(k) with employer contributionCareer advancement into nurse management or telemetry program developmentA supportive team environment focused on quality outcomes and professional growthYour telemetry skills are needed.
