ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage volunteer leadership and recognition programs from start to finishSupport application, nomination, and selection processes for internal programs and initiativesMaintain databases, online systems, and tracking tools to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrityServe as a primary point of contact for internal staff regarding volunteer and program-related questionsDraft professional communications, reports, and program documentationCoordinate vendor relationships, including award materials and recognition itemsAssist with compliance tracking, reporting, and online disclosure managementMonitor workflows and recommend process improvements for operational efficiencySupport website updates and maintain accurate online informationAssist with logistics and onsite support for annual meetings and eventsGenerate reports, statistics, and benchmarking information for leadership review QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required5+ years of administrative, program coordination, database management, or related experienceStrong experience working within databases or CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointComfortable working collaboratively with staff, leadership, and external stakeholdersAbility to travel for annual meetings or events as needed Ideal CandidateOrganized and proactive professional who thrives in structured environmentsStrong communicator with polished writing and interpersonal skillsComfortable managing sensitive information and detailed processesSelf-starter who enjoys improving systems and workflowsTeam-oriented with the ability to balance multiple moving pieces effectively
