Job Description Warehouse Associate – Mansfield, MAPay Rate:$20.00/hour Schedule:Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Position Type:Temp-to-Perm Opportunity We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for an urgent opening at a busy distribution facility in Mansfield, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse and forklift experience who are looking for long-term employment potential. Job ResponsibilitiesAssemble and prepare customer orders for shipment Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload company and carrier trucks Operate warehouse equipment including:Electric Ride-On Pallet Jack Stand-Up Reach Truck Order PickerUse RF scanners and warehouse management systems for picking and inventory tracking Verify shipment quantities and product descriptions against invoices and shipping paperwork Prepare and process shipping documentation, including BOLs and UPS/LTL shipments Organize completed orders according to delivery routes Assist with general warehouse duties and material put-away after receiving shipments Support other warehouse team members as needed RequirementsPrevious warehouse experience preferred Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) required Steel-toed boots required Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift Strong attendance and reliability are essential Ability to work overtime when needed Basic math and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Important NotesThis is anon-drivingpositionOpportunityfor permanent hire based on performance and attendance Apply today for immediate consideration.
