As a Bilingual IDD Program Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and staff within I/DD programs while ensuring quality services and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing program development, supervising case management activities, and supporting individuals with I/DD in achieving their goals. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential for collaborating with team members, families, and community partners.QualificationsStrong Supervisory and Program Management skills to lead teams and oversee daily operations effectivelyProficiency in Program Development to create, implement, and evaluate impactful services and initiativesExperience in Case Management and ensuring the delivery of personalized and client-centered careExcellent Communication skills for team collaboration and engagement with families and external stakeholdersFluency in English and Spanish (preferred or required based on the community served)Knowledge of regulations and policies concerning intellectual and developmental disabilitiesBachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field, or equivalent experienceCommitment to advocating for individuals with I/DD and supporting an inclusive community
