Credit available for medical opt-out **Nationwide Pet Insurance-** Because our pets are family too! **Continuing Education Assistance Program** **Free Access** to student loan management and repayment support**What You Bring****Required** High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of direct patient care experience or equivalent education/certifications Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation**Preferred** Phlebotomy Certification Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field Experience in crisis, detox, or acute psychiatric settings Knowledge of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care**Your Role**ResponsibilitiesAs a Psychiatric Technician, you will provide hands-on support in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting at the Bright Path Center, including 3.7 withdrawal management, crisis stabilization, and residential services. Key responsibilities include: Monitor patient safety and provide continuous support Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Obtain vital signs, urine drug screens, and perform phlebotomy and specimen collection Observe and report changes in patient condition Support admissions, discharges, and unit orientation Participate in therapeutic activities and structured programming Use de-escalation techniques during behavioral crises Maintain a clean, safe, trauma-informed environment Document care accurately and timely**About Lenape Valley Foundation**Since 1958, Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) has been a trusted non-profit provider of essential human services in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
