We’re seeking sharp engineers who value high-quality code, thrive in collaborative teams, and are excited by rapid innovation.Job Responsibilities:Design and build frontend interfaces using Next JSDesign and build backend APIs and services that power our AI agents and operations tooling using Python (FastAPI)Ship user-facing features end-to-end (from data model to API to UI)Improve reliability, observability, and performance across the stackCollaborate closely with design, ops, and risk/compliance to ship safe, compliant featuresWrite tests, enforce code quality, and participate in design/review discussionsHelp evolve our engineering standards and product development processMinimum Qualifications:At least 2 years of full time professional, non-internship experience in full-stack engineeringExperience with backend development (Python, Go)Strong code quality habits (testing, reviews, docs) and a product mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Experience in FinTech, Risk Management, or Compliance is beneficial but not mandatoryExperience with LLM/AI-powered products, event-driven systems, or data pipelinesSecurity, privacy, and auditing best practicesBonus points if you were an ex-founderCompensation Range: $150K - $250K
