Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.We're seeking an experienced React Developer to provide production support and manage release cycles for our web applications, ensuring platform stability and rapid incident resolution.*Key Responsibilities*- Provide L2/L3 production support for React-based web applications- Monitor application health and performance using Splunk, AppDynamics, GlassBox, and Lighthouse- Investigate, triage, and resolve production incidents and bugs- Manage build and deployment processes using Jenkins, Webpack, and Gradle- Coordinate releases via GitHub and Artifactory (JFrog)- Perform root cause analysis and maintain incident/support documentation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during release and support windows*Required Skills*- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React, Redux, JSX, ES6, Node/npm- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/Flexbox, Less- Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar APM tools)- Experience with CI/CD and build tools (Jenkins, Webpack)- Strong production debugging and troubleshooting skills- Familiarity with GitHub-based source control workflows*Nice to Have*- Exposure to security/code quality tools (SonarQube, Checkmarx, Blackduck)- Experience with GlassBox or similar session-replay/UX monitoring tools
