Job TitleService Support Analyst- Expert Location: 3514 Bush St, Raleigh, NC (HYBRID)Duration: 12+ Month Contract with possibility to extensionConsultant pay rate: $38 /hr on W2 (All Inclusive)Job Description:**This is a hybrid or fully on-site position, depending on the candidate's preference. The candidate is required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. The specific days will be coordinated with the rest of the staff, so if they have a preference Client should be able to work with that.Desktop and M365 Support AnalystClient is transitioning to a new Microsoft Tenant and fully independent Desktop Management. Our IT Ops team will take on all desktop and M365 support and it will be a significant transition to our staff.
