Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a $400M renovation and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever.Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. Hotel Website, Facebook, Instagram, PinterestWhat will I be doing?As our Set Up person in Banquets, you will be responsible for set-up, break down and cleaning of all banquet spaces and functions. Assisting guest in functions areas as needed. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Maintain cleanliness of banquet, meeting and conference areas to meet established cleanliness and quality standardsProject a professional manner to guests and team membersAssist back of house team when requestedAble to lift and Push Banquet EquipmentAssist with set ups to ensure department runs efficientlyManage the set up relating to Food and Beverage functions in a timely mannerLift/Pull/Push at least 40 poundsWhat are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
