Role Description Tre Famiglia Ristorante is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Chef for a full-time on-site role located in Haddonfield, NJ. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure the creation of high-quality dishes, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Key responsibilities include menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and food costs, and collaborating with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The Head Chef will also mentor and train staff, foster creativity in the kitchen, and oversee food preparation to ensure consistency and excellence in each dish. Qualifications Proven culinary expertise, including cooking, food preparation, and menu developmentStrong leadership, team management, and effective communication skillsKnowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and inventory managementAbility to innovate with recipes while maintaining consistency and qualityFlexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environmentFormal culinary training or a relevant certification is preferredPrior experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role is a plusPassion for Italian cuisine and commitment to delivering excellent dining experiences
