This role offers broad exposure to commercial real estate matters across leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions — representing both landlords/tenants and lenders/borrowers.ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate complex commercial leasing documents (landlord and tenant side)Handle acquisition and disposition of commercial propertiesWork on financing and loan transactions for both lenders and borrowersCoordinate due diligence reviews, including title and surveyManage and coordinate real estate closingsManage multiple assignments simultaneously with strong attention to detailQualifications1–5 years of substantive real estate transactional experienceIn good standing with the DC Bar, or eligible to waive inExperience with due diligence coordination, title, and survey reviewStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively and independently
