Senior ERP Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralFood Manufacturing / Biotech Company9‑month contract (strong potential to extend)Remote (PST hours)$75–$100/hr with benefitsThe OpportunityA fast‑growing, mission‑driven food manufacturing / biotech company is preparing for commercial scale, and its ERP platform is critical to that launch. We are seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including Warehouse Management (WMS) and Quality Management (QMS) systems, in a regulated manufacturing environment.This is not a PMO or coordination role. We are looking for someone who has personally led a Business Central ERP implementation, has been hands‑on with WMS and Quality integrations, and understands how ERP decisions impact real manufacturing, supply chain, and compliance outcomes.What You’ll DoERP Implementation & Delivery LeadershipLead the end‑to‑end implementation and redeployment of Dynamics 365 Business CentralDrive hands‑on integration of WMS and Quality Management (QMS) modules within Business CentralOwn delivery timelines, dependencies, risk management, and go‑live readinessWMS & Quality Systems IntegrationPartner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to design systems that reflect real operational workflowsLead ERP integrations supporting:Inventory management, warehouse execution, and traceabilityQuality inspections, non‑conformances, holds/releases, and compliance documentationEnsure ERP, WMS, and QMS operate as a single, validated, production‑ready systemTechnical Ownership & GovernanceAct as the technical owner for ERP architecture and integrationsReview solution designs, data models, and system workflowsWork directly with system integrators and internal engineering teams to ensure sound technical executionRegulated Manufacturing & ComplianceEnsure ERP implementation meets GMP and Computer System Validation (CSV) requirementsSupport audit readiness and documentation standardsAlign ERP capabilities with commercial manufacturing and regulatory expectationsCross‑Functional & Executive EngagementPartner with leaders across Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and QualityCommunicate progress, risks, and decisions to Senior stakeholdersTranslate technical challenges into clear business impacts and actionsRequired ExperienceWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of ERP experience, with 5+ years leading complex ERP implementations projectsProven experience leading a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementationHands‑on experience integrating WMS and Quality Management systems within Business CentralBackground in food manufacturing, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environmentsWorking knowledge of GMP and Computer System Validation (CSV)Technical & Functional StrengthStrong ERP functional understanding across:Manufacturing operationsSupply chain and inventoryWarehouse executionQuality systemsComfortable reviewing and challenging solution designs and integrationsPrior experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Solution Architect is a strong plusLeadership ProfileProven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional ERP initiativesComfortable managing ambiguity and parallel prioritiesAble to communicate effectively with both technical teams and Senior leadershipWhy This RoleHigh‑impact ERP implementation tied directly to a commercial launchOpportunity to lead a complex Business Central environment in regulated manufacturingSignificant ownership, visibility, and influenceFully remote engagement with a strong likelihood of extensionIn Simple TermsYou’ll ensure that Business Central, WMS, and Quality systems are implemented correctly, compliantly, and on time to support commercial manufacturing at scale.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Berkeley, CA.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $100.00/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
