Regional Sales Director - Texas Region
Job DescriptionOur Health Services client is looking for a REMOTE Regional Sales Director (RSD) who is responsible for the acquisition of new customers by selling language services in the healthcare market. The primary responsibility of our RSD Team is to convert prospective health systems, large hospitals, and large healthcare systems into new customers through the RSD's ability to prospect, build relationships, leverage existing connections, and align each prospective client's priorities to our services and value proposition. The RSD is responsible for driving growth within a defined territory.Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate & follow-up on new leads; manage, qualify, develop proposals, and navigate and contracting for clients.Transfer information and coordinate the transition of new customer to Implementation team to support adoption of interpretation services.Collaborate with colleagues in business development and client success to transfer important knowledge for service adoption and retention.Utilization of standardized and current contracts, marketing materials, pricing, presentation and other company assets.Create and maintain proper records in company CRM to include account information, contacts, opportunities, contacts and location information.Must be willing to travel as travel maybe up to 60-80% at times within the defined territory.Adhering to all company Policy and Procedures.Other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsProgressive sales experience, with focus in healthcare solutions preferred.Consistently surpasses quota in selling healthcare solutionsStrategic sales experience in complex buying environments, including navigating multiple stakeholders,Familiarity with CRM solutions, specifically Salesforce Lightning.High Level proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.Self-starter, comfortable working independently from home-based or remote offices.Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.Excellent problem-solving/critical thinking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to simplify complex ideas and concepts.Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task.Meet Your RecruiterLogan Ridgley
