Clinical Supervisor LMSW, Children's Day Treatment School

We’re hiring aClinical Supervisor (LCSW/Psy.D.)to join ourChild & Adolescent Day Treatment School Programat Lifeline Center.This is afull-time, weekday role (8am–4pm)leading a small team of clinicians in anOMH-licensed program serving youth ages 5–19with complex behavioral health needs.What you’ll do: Provide clinical supervision and mentorship (team of 4–6 clinicians) Support staff in real-time during complex cases and behavioral crises Collaborate with psychiatry, educators, and interdisciplinary partners Help shape programming, documentation quality, and clinical standards What we’re looking for: NYSLCSW or Psy.D. (required) 5+ years working with children/adolescents Supervisory experience Experience in OMH or high-acuity settings strongly preferred Compensation: $85K–$95K + full benefits, 403(b), bonus eligibility, and5 weeks annual leaveThis is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoyshands-on leadership, team collaboration, and making a real impactin a structured, supportive environment.
