Details:-Start Date: ASAP-Enid, OK Permanent Opportunity Primary Care (FM or IM)-One of 6 primary care providers at the Enid Oklahoma site-Federally Qualified Health Center-Monday through Thursday 7 am to 5:30 pm-No call, no weekends, no hospital-All Ages-Salary for at least 10 patients per day is $200,000-Productivity bonus starting at an average of 11 patients per day.-$270,000 Salary when working 25 patients per day-Current providers are averaging 20 to 30 patients per day.-Robust benefit package - health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance-5 weeks of paid time off per year plus one week of CME.-Signing bonus depends on the length of the contractIf you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please forward me an updated CV along with your availability.
