These are registry positions with our company. This order is available for both local and travel.Local Rate:Pay Rate: $60.38 / hourTravel Rate:Traveler Hrly Rate $23.60Gross Wages $944.00Traveler Lodging $1,092.00Travel M&I $644.00Total Travel Stipend $1,736.00Total Travel Pkg $2,680.00Shift Details:Monday to Friday. 8-hour shifts. They start as early as 6a and are open till 5-6p. Asking for candidates that can work within those times and have agencies enter shift preference on sub form.Minimum Qualifications:At least 2 years with experience in Radiation Therapy, Proton and/or CT/SIMS a plus.Training-will be paired with experienced Rad Tech and training on 1 machineA valid and current license issued by the state of PAA valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.Cert - Radiation Therpay certification and ARRT requiredJob Responsibilities:Administer radiation treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologistPosition patients and operate radiation therapy equipmentMonitor patients during treatment sessionsExplain procedures and answer patient questionsEnsure accurate treatment delivery and patient safetyMaintain and check radiation therapy machinesRecord treatment details and update patient recordsObserve patients for side effects and report concernsWork closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staffFollow radiation safety procedures and guidelinesAbout Staff TodayAt Staff Today we believe that successful organizations are a product of experienced and talented employees.
