This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, coordination, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager works closely with Estimators, Carpenters, Subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate communication, resolve challenges, and maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills to guide teams through complex restoration projects. This role requires adaptability, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned construction and restoration projectsCoordinate closely with Estimators, Carpenters, and Subcontractors to ensure project goals are metManage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectivelyCommunicate project progress, updates, and challenges to internal teams and stakeholdersEnsure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standardsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or restoration project managementValid driver's license with the ability to travel to job sites as requiredStrong working knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordinationEstablished Network of Subcontractors:Maintains an up-to-date list of qualified and reliable subcontractors, ensuring efficient project execution and timely completionExtensive Knowledge of Construction Practices:Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials with experience managing residential and commercial projectsAttention to Detail:Meticulous approach to project planning, scheduling, and quality control to ensure work meets company and client standardsStrong Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate documentation, permits, and schedulesExcellent Communication Skills:Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teamsProblem-Solving Ability:Adaptable and solution-oriented, capable of resolving on-site issues, delays, or material shortages efficientlyKnowledge of Local Building Codes & Safety Regulations:Familiarity with applicable regulations and safety requirements to ensure compliance and safe job sitesProficiency in Project Management Tools:Experience using industry-standard software to track schedules, budgets, and project progressBudget & Cost Control Awareness:Ability to manage budgets, negotiate subcontractor pricing, and control costs without compromising qualityTeam Leadership Experience:Ability to coordinate, motivate, and hold subcontractors and crews accountable throughout all project phasesWork Environment and Physical Demands:Regular job site visits with exposure to construction environments, varying weather conditions, noise, and required safety gearAbility to lift up to 50 poundsProlonged periods of sitting while driving and working at a deskExposure to standard construction job site conditionsOccasional use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including ear protection, goggles, safety glasses, Tyvek suits, high-visibility clothing, gloves, hard hats, and respiratorsWork in a variety of environments, including hot, cold, wet, moist, dirty, clean, and odor-prone conditionsWhat We Offer:Safety-driven company cultureOn-call incentive payOpportunities to work in various locationsPaid travel time to job sitesUse of a company vehicle for travel to and from job sitesEnjoy eight hours of paid time each year to participate in community volunteer activities.Competitive wages: 65 to 85K, depending on experienceExtensive benefits package, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife and Disability InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Holidays401(k) with company match
