Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Dental Assistant based in Charlotte, NC. The Certified Dental Assistant will support the dental team in the delivery of oral healthcare by preparing treatment rooms, assisting dentists during dental procedures, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring patient comfort. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining patient records, providing oral health education, and working as part of a collaborative team to ensure exceptional patient care. Qualifications Proficiency in Dental Assisting and applied knowledge of Dentistry and Oral Care practicesExperience with Sterilization processes and maintaining cleanliness according to health and safety standardsStrong knowledge of Dental Care with a focus on delivering effective and compassionate patient experiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient comfort and teamworkCurrent Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification; state-specific licensing requirements must be metBasic understanding of dental office software and patient record management is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanorCommitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about advancements in dental care
