Home Care Sales Consultant
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Community Outreach Field Marketer to join our team, promoting essential home health services directly to potential clients through various outreach methods such as door-to-door marketing and telemarketing. This is a commission role with flexible scheduling, unlimited income potential and is perfect for self-starters who thrive in independent, goal-driven environments.
Responsibilities
Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, caregivers, clients and eldercare facilities in order to generate Home Care Staffing.
Meet or exceed established targets.
Generate client referrals from professional referral sources.
Pick up inbound phone calls and follow up on form submissions, old leads, and more using outbound phone calls for caregivers.
Represent our agency professionally and knowledgeably in the healthcare community.
Promote agency services.
Strengthen and maintain existing referral sources.
Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.
Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of proven Home Care Sales experience in generating new business preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts.
Strong at persuasive and educational writing and speaking.
Comfortable with closing/asking for business.
Requires valid drivers license, reliable transportation and insurance. Required
Proven experience in door-to-door marketing or similar outreach-based roles.
Compensation & Flexibility
Earning potential ranges from $50,000 to $200,000 annually, based on performance.
Set your own schedule and work when it suits you.
Ability to work independently and stay motivated without direct oversight.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Prior experience or understanding of Home Health Aid services is required.
Familiarity with telemarketing methods and consumer engagement strategies.
Experience in electioneering or political campaigns is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage a diverse clientele.
Negotiation skills with a strong ability to close sales.
Knowledge of fundraising practices is beneficial.
High standard of customer service and relationship-building skills.
Must be local to the area and familiar with the community.
