Family Medicine - Central New York Join an established group of 4 FM Practitioners and 3 Mental Health providers in a rural-based family practice/gender center to provide primary care for cisgender and TGD youth/adults across the lifespan Provide evidence-based, quality primary care to cisgender and TGD youth and adults, including the provision of gender affirming hormone therapy and pubertal suppression One-year non-accredited graduate medical educational program, heavily clinic based Half day/week of non-clinical time for self-study Flexible curriculum based on level of experience Responsibilities: Participate in GWC interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings Engage in case review with faculty mentors Take part in team activities/grant implementation Attend didactic trainings and conferences related to TGD health care Meet with other fellows for case review, projects, learning opportunities, support Engage in efforts to ensure diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice in healthcare Practice cultural responsiveness and cultural humility Salary Range: $320,000 $374,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards Sign-on bonus up to $200,000 Residency stipend up to $45,000 Visa sponsorship available - J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome to apply
