Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate – 2nd/Mid Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) (12:00-8:30pm)Location: Seymour, CTPay: $22–$24 per hourPosition SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage the flow of materials in and out of a high-tech electronics manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will handle shipments, verify incoming materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely processing of orders while working collaboratively with the warehouse and production teams.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase ordersPrepare and process outgoing shipments accurately and on timeMaintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse systemsOrganize and stage materials for production and shippingOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safelyAssist in inventory audits and cycle countsFollow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPECollaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operationsQualificationsPrevious shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferredBasic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamForklift certification preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbsAbility to operate warehouse equipment safelyVisual acuity for inspecting shipments and labelingWork EnvironmentWarehouse and manufacturing environment with moderate noise levelsExposure to moving machinery and occasional heavy liftingMust adhere to safety guidelines and wear required PPEPay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
