The Virtual Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing basic reports. Responsibilities include responding to emails, handling routine inquiries, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role may involve coordinating with internal teams and external partners, updating databases or spreadsheets, and supporting simple project tasks. The Virtual Assistant is expected to communicate clearly, manage priorities, maintain confidentiality, and use online tools to deliver timely, accurate work in a fully virtual environment.Qualifications Strong organizational and time management abilities, including task prioritization, deadline management, and attention to detail.Proficiency with common office software and online tools (e.g., email platforms, spreadsheets, word processing, video conferencing, and shared drives).Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.Comfort working independently in a remote setting, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer support role is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in business, administration, or related fields is a plus.Stable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment to perform daily responsibilities effectively.
