TECHNICAL LEAD - ERP L2/L3 Support Management

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Infor LN (Baan) and working knowledge of Microsoft AXThis is a critical transition role where the candidate will shadow the current Tower Lead and take over full ownership of ERP support, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesShadow current Tower Lead and complete knowledge transfer within transition periodAct as primary SPOC for ERP (Infor LN & Microsoft AX)Manage and coordinate L1/L2/L3 support activitiesWork closely with US business stakeholders and ensure smooth communicationDrive incident resolution, RCA, and service improvementsSupport enhancements, upgrades, and cloud transformation initiativesCoordinate integrations (Boomi, ION, APIs) with technical teamsRequired Experience & Skills10+ years of experience in Infor LN (Baan) ? functional/techno-functionalStrong hands-on experience in Infor LN 10.6 (implementation & support)Working knowledge of Microsoft AX (AX 2012 / D365 F&O)Experience in Infor LN CloudSuite (CE) MT preferredProven experience in ERP migrations / cloud transformationsStrong expertise in Dell Boomi integrationsFamiliarity with Infor ION, BODs, APIs, middlewareFunctional expertise in 2?4 domains (Manufacturing, SCM, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, Finance)Key CompetenciesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent stakeholder management (US clients)Ability to work independently and take ownershipStrong communication and documentation skillsERP L2/L3 Support Management, Infor LN (Baan) Functional Expertise, Infor LN 10.6 Implementation & Support, Infor LN CloudSuite (CE) MT
